The location and easy checkout were convenient, but the unprofessional management and housekeeping issues made for a challenging experience. the modern rooms with amenities like a microwave and plush bedding were a plus, but the cleanliness and service fell short. Despite being close to TD Garden and other Boston attractions, I would recommend spending a bit more for a different hotel for a more pleasant stay. My fiance and I were shocked by the lack of professionalism and cleanliness, and it left a lasting Negative impression on our city trip.
